Gut Buster Challenge 500m+500m+500m+500m
It's simple. The fastest 20 competitors in Round 1 advance to Round 2 . Then the fastest 10 competitors from Round 2 advance to Round 3 . And finally the fastest 5 competitors of Round 3 faceoff in Round 4 for the Gut-Buster Trophy. Silver and Bronze medals will also be awarded.
There are two divisions one for men and one for women. This is an open event without weight or age classifications. There will be a 5 minute rest period between Rounds as we switch between the men's and women's event. Those reaching Round 4 will have rowed 2000 meters total.
